چکیده
It is important to study the vibration of rolling mills improve stability production. A dynamic process model established by considering elastic recovery exit strip and influence multiroll equilibrium, accuracy verified experimental data. On this basis, based on distribution friction force in deformation zone, torque are nonlinearized. In addition, a mill structure gap piecewise nonlinear horizontal-vertical-torsional combining model. Finally, amplitude-frequency characteristics work roll under different external excitation amplitude bifurcation gaps analyzed. The indicates that, reducing gap, system can be reduced. research results provide theoretical reference for further exploration coupling hot mills.

Metallurgically Consistent Determination of Steel Hot Strength Using Process Data from Hot Strip Mill Rolling
It is not rare to observe an inverse relationship between hot strength determined from rolling load of the finishing stands of the hot strip mill and strain. This situation was already described in the literature and is explained by the use of inverse rolling load models that assumes sticking friction in the determination of hot strength. The aim of this work was to show that this “work softeni...
متن کاملAnalysis Of Existing Rolling Mill With Prototype Soft Starting Arrangement Of Rolling Mill For Energy Conservation – An Experimental Approach
In this paper an analysis is done on the main drive of rolling mill which consumes about 60 to 70 % of total energy of the plant. The existing rolling mill in India are using the 3 phase induction motor and flywheel to drive the rolling mill. The electric motor transmits the power to flywheel with the help of V-belt. An attempt has made after analysis of existing mill that by using some soft st...
متن کاملVibration analysis of coupled double-nanocomposite microplate-systems
The aim of the paper is to analyze electro-thermo nonlinear vibration of a double-piezoelectric composite microplate-system (DPCMPS) based on nonlocal piezoelasticity theory. The two microplates are assumed to be connected by an enclosing elastic medium which is simulated by Pasternak foundation. Both of smart composite microplates are made of poly-vinylidene fluoride (PVDF) reinforced by zigza...
